Workflowise is run by Ryan Hinks, a sole trader based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Contact: ryan@workflowise.co.uk.
I find local businesses that might benefit from automation using public sources: Companies House, your business's website, regulators' registers and business directories. I keep your name, business name, work email, work phone number and notes of any conversation we have.
I use this information to contact you about Workflowise's services. The legal basis is legitimate interests: telling local businesses about a relevant service. I don't buy contact lists, and I don't share your details with anyone.
I delete your details 12 months after we were last in touch unless you become a client. If you ask me not to contact you again, I keep only your name and contact details so that I don't.
If you email or call, I keep what you send me to reply and, if you become a client, to do the work. The website doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to me using it, by emailing ryan@workflowise.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
